It's GREAT value for money. So glad we choose it, it's excellent home base for staying in Venice. We booked double room and appreciated it. It provides good restaurant nearby.
The breakfast they served was very basic, hope one day it will be better.

you got excellent value for money. only 10 min walk to downtown. it's so close to osteria al cicheto, good for a little drink. the beds are comfortable.
